DESCRIPTION
Breakspear Park is a modern business park set within 16 acres of landscaped grounds. It features more than 300,000 square feet of high-quality office space, a central atrium, a fitness studio, a coffee shop, and a 150-cover restaurant. The park is home to a thriving business community of around 1,300 employees across 13 companies.
Endersham delivers a full package of internal and external cleaning services at the site, ensuring that both workspaces and shared areas are maintained to the highest standards. Recruitment was initially a key challenge, which we addressed by building partnerships with local community organisations and using targeted recruitment tools. We also worked closely with the site management team to enhance service delivery through improved communication, additional training, and clear accountability.
Sustainability plays a central role in our work at Breakspear Park. In 2020, we transitioned to fully biodegradable cleaning products and adopted a circular cleaning model to reduce environmental impact. During the same year, we reviewed our supply chain and introduced local and carbon-neutral suppliers to help cut CO₂ emissions. In 2022, we trialled robotic cleaning technology by introducing the EcoBot50 to the site, and in 2023 we strengthened our sustainable approach further with the integration of CleanZero, a chemical-free cleaning solution.
