Thomas More Square is a vibrant business community comprising six multitenant office buildings, complemented by extensive external areas with coffee shops, restaurants, Waitrose, and various other retail units. This bustling locale demanded meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive cleaning strategy to maintain its pristine condition.
Upon inception, we recruited and trained a site manager to oversee operations and introduced a full set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards through systems like GeoPal and ExactComms. These systems provided real-time metrics on cleaning activities, allowing us to refine our approach continuously. Our Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategy was enhanced by incorporating on-site resources to deliver all tasks in-house, thereby negating the need for extra attendance. This increased site self-efficiency and reduced costs.
Our dedication to training and management standards was demonstrated when our team swiftly and effectively addressed damage caused by anti-war protesters on multiple occasions.
Through collaboration and innovation, Endersham successfully managed staff and maintained a low turnover rate, while also growing the client base by securing contracts with prominent firms. Our commitment to excellence was reflected in the high standards we maintained, the introduction of new machinery, and our support during site rebranding efforts.
