Daiwa, one of the largest brokerage and financial services groups in Japan, has been a valued Endersham client for over 40 years. Our relationship with Daiwa is built on a foundation of trust and adaptability. Given the nature of their operations, with client staff working almost 24 hours a day, we have developed a cleaning approach that ensures minimal disruption.
We provide a comprehensive range of services, including daily cleaning, porterage, and waste management. Additionally, we offer specialist cleans consisting of 22 different tasks, tailored to meet the specific needs of Daiwa’s operations.
This award-winning investment bank operates its prestigious headquarters on King William Street.
Our relationship with Daiwa is built on a foundation of trust and adaptability. With various client staff working almost 24 hours a day, we developed a cleaning approach that ensures minimal disruption. By operating three shifts, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including daily cleaning, porterage, and waste management. Additionally, we offer specialist cleans consisting of 22 different tasks, tailored to meet the specific needs of Daiwa’s operations. Our PPM program includes tasks such as catering kitchen deep cleaning, internal glazing, carpet cleaning, and marble floor maintenance.
